Hi!

I’m Cassie — designer, developer, strategist, and the person people call when they need someone who can actually see the whole picture. I design, I build, I strategize, I automate, and somehow I also run an RV park. It sounds like a lot — and honestly, it is — but every piece of it connects back to the same thing: helping businesses show up better, run smoother, and grow faster.

My path wasn’t traditional — I’m self-taught, and I built my skills by diving in headfirst and figuring things out along the way. From graphic and print design to web development, marketing strategy, e-commerce, cybersecurity, and operations — every role across every industry added another layer, and all of it feeds into what I do now.

West of Ordinary came from a simple realization: a lot of small businesses are leaving so much on the table — not because they don’t care, but because they don’t have the right systems, the right presence, or the right support. I wanted to be that support. Someone who could sit across from a business owner, understand what they actually need, and help them build something that works — whether that’s a website, a social media strategy, a set of automations that saves them hours every week, or all of the above.

I hold a CompTIA Security+ certification and work alongside Caldera Cybersecurity, which means I can also help protect what we build together. Because there’s no point putting in all that work if it’s not secure.

I’m laid back by nature and I don’t overcomplicate things, I don’t overpromise, and I don’t disappear after the project is done. I’m the kind of person who stays invested in your success long after the deliverable is out the door — because that’s just how I’m wired.
